Repeating the download is OK if you have a super-fast connection, or the file is relatively small. Otherwise it's worth investigating why the checksum is wrong. Run md5 on the file and check the value reported on the server. Often this error happens because the port maintainer has made a mistake in the distinfo file, or the maintainer of the source has made some minor tweak without bumping the version.
