To: questions@FreeBSD.org Date: Sun, 23 Apr 1995 21:17:00 +0100 (BST) X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL23] MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Length: 769 Sender: questions-owner@FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk The idea of creating a gateway between this list and the newsgroups has been floated (by me) to increase our profile in usenet. This discussion has been taking place on hackers since that's where I originally raised the issue but since this is the list we'd gateway the decision needs to be made here. I'm not going to run a vote or a discussion, basically if a lot of people here complain about the idea in the next few days I'll forget about it. If a lot of people think it's a good idea I'll look into implementing it. -- Paul Richards, FreeBSD core team member.
