The branch main has been updated by sunpoet: URL: https://cgit.FreeBSD.org/ports/commit/?id=572399f7d965fa37224d32802e492a866d310f69 commit 572399f7d965fa37224d32802e492a866d310f69 Author: Po-Chuan Hsieh <sunpoet@FreeBSD.org> AuthorDate: 2024-03-23 15:10:42 +0000 Commit: Po-Chuan Hsieh <sunpoet@FreeBSD.org> CommitDate: 2024-03-23 15:10:42 +0000 x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic: Add noto-serif-basic 2.013 When text is rendered by a computer, sometimes characters are displayed as "tofu". They are little boxes to indicate your device doesn't have a font to display the text. Google has been developing a font family called Noto, which aims to support all languages with a harmonious look and feel. Noto is Google's answer to tofu. The name noto is to convey the idea that Google's goal is to see no more "tofu". Noto has multiple styles and weights, and is freely available to all. The comprehensive set of fonts and tools used in our development is available in our GitHub repositories. This port provides the basic fonts set of Noto Serif. --- x11-fonts/Makefile | 1 + x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/Makefile | 31 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/distinfo | 3 +++ x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/pkg-descr | 12 ++++++++++++ x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/pkg-plist | 4 ++++ 5 files changed, 51 insertions(+) diff --git a/x11-fonts/Makefile b/x11-fonts/Makefile index 15d7d036c0c0..283c99d8f2fa 100644 --- a/x11-fonts/Makefile +++ b/x11-fonts/Makefile @@ -226,6 +226,7 @@ SUBDIR += noto-sans-telugu SUBDIR += noto-sans-thai SUBDIR += noto-sc + SUBDIR += noto-serif-basic SUBDIR += noto-serif-hk SUBDIR += noto-serif-jp SUBDIR += noto-serif-kr diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/Makefile b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/Makefile new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..b72684c3fd81 --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/Makefile @@ -0,0 +1,31 @@ +PORTNAME= noto +PORTVERSION= 2.013 +CATEGORIES= x11-fonts +MASTER_SITES= https://github.com/notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic/releases/download/NotoSerif-v${PORTVERSION}/ +PKGNAMESUFFIX= -serif-basic +DISTNAME= NotoSerif-v${PORTVERSION} +DIST_SUBDIR= Noto + +MAINTAINER= sunpoet@FreeBSD.org +COMMENT= Google Noto Serif (Basic) +WWW= https://fonts.google.com/noto \ + https://notofonts.github.io/ \ + https://github.com/notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic + +LICENSE= OFL11 +LICENSE_FILE= ${WRKSRC}/OFL.txt + +USES= fonts zip + +NO_ARCH= yes +NO_BUILD= yes +NO_WRKSUBDIR= yes + +do-install: + ${MKDIR} ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/NotoSerif/hinted/ttf/NotoSerif-Bold.ttf ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/NotoSerif/hinted/ttf/NotoSerif-BoldItalic.ttf ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/NotoSerif/hinted/ttf/NotoSerif-Italic.ttf ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + ${INSTALL_DATA} ${WRKSRC}/NotoSerif/hinted/ttf/NotoSerif-Regular.ttf ${STAGEDIR}${FONTSDIR} + +.include <bsd.port.mk> diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/distinfo b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/distinfo new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..700a735e0b91 --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/distinfo @@ -0,0 +1,3 @@ +TIMESTAMP = 1710676099 +SHA256 (Noto/NotoSerif-v2.013.zip) = fb4c6c75f10365f63b5c8ad5a1864ebe46dd0c70c40d0461cb0dc1b1b7c13a35 +SIZE (Noto/NotoSerif-v2.013.zip) = 78763707 diff --git a/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/pkg-descr b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/pkg-descr new file mode 100644 index 000000000000..4fd5eec8bf90 --- /dev/null +++ b/x11-fonts/noto-serif-basic/pkg-descr @@ -0,0 +1,12 @@ +When text is rendered by a computer, sometimes characters are displayed as +"tofu".
