I still do not understand it.  selfdfree() indeed takes sf_mtx and rechecks
sf_si.  But what prevents doselwakeup() to store NULL into sf_si at any
moment. e.g. after free() is done ? selfdfree() takes seltd mutex, not
selinfo.
