I think...
Also, the is a control script at /usr/local/sbin/apachectl
You might want to look at that.  Also, your computer SHOULD automatically
start apache on bootup because of the script located in /usr/local/etc/rc.d

Look!!! I got to answer a question.  OK, OK, I feel better now.
