Had to hit reset on the box) a couple of times today. Here were the last couple of log files: Mar 19 00:45:42 epoch /kernel: wd0e: wdstart: timeout waiting to give command writing fsbn 1030889 of 1030889-1030920 (wd0 bn 1030889; cn 64 tn 43 sn 20) (status 90 error 0) Mar 19 23:45:08 epoch /kernel: wd0: interrupt timeout (status 50 error 0) Mar 19 23:45:08 epoch /kernel: wd0: wdtimeout() DMA status 1 When I reboot the machine, my IDE hds (wd0/wd2 - striping with vinum) fsck nicely (nothing lost) and everything seems to work. Everything seems to work fine now, but I'm curious to wonder if this is a one time problem, or if this is just an early sign that my IDE HDs will blow up one day? - Will To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
