Gang,

	It is likely that the doscmd commits are done.  The worst caveat is
	that it doesn't work on SMP kernels (at least I heard that.)  I haven't
	had a chance to fix or check SMP kernels yet, but I have taken
	responsibility to do it.  (Unless someone else wants to do it.)
