inttypes.h is part of /usr/include on 3.x and later. Your system is too
old for ELM 2.4ME.

Unless you have a good reason (i.e., its a "production" box), upgrade
your system to (at the least) 3.1-RELEASE. Preferably, 3.4-STABLE.

Although I doubt you'd have a good reason if you were installing ELM on
the box. :->
