FreeBSD runs on everything >= 386. You need at min 4MB Ram to
run it and at least 5MB for installation (This may change in favor of
4MB with futur versions - 2.2).

Enable the line
nfs_server=YES
in your /etc/sysconfig
and 
add the filesystems you want to export on you server
into /etc/exports.
e.g.:
/etc/exports:

/usr -alldirs -maproot=0 my.trusted.host
