Very true. But is _is_ likely that if a lot (wish, wish) of people were to write articles about *BSD -- even "How I designed my dog's house with POV and FreeBSD" -- it's likely some magazine will notice and say, "Hey, who're all the sheet-waving nuts screaming 'Shub-niggurath, FreeBSD, FreeBSD!' outside the window ?". > Magazines are a business; don't let them try to tell you that there's a > separation of > editorial decision making and advertising dollars. You are well placed to know this, dennis -- you make damned good serial cards and equipment, and I intend to make both them and FreeBSD better known here, and say, "FreeBSD blows the socks off your mid-range Cisco, with twice the availability and half the price". Anyway, FreeBSD only drives the nail a bit further for SCO, they did a good job of taking a sprawl all by themselves. > Dennis -- Phil -- -[ Philippe Regnauld / Systems Administrator / regnauld@.prosa.dk ]- -[ Location.: +55.4N +11.3E PGP Key: finger regnauld@deepo.prosa.dk ]-
