/usr/www/en/where.sgml mentions 3.0-RELEASE. It should probably
mention 3.1-RELEASE instead.

The patch below also includes a minor URL patch to avoid an HTTP
redirect, and a change in the description of the WWW interface to
the ports collection. To me, "Alternative" gives the impression that
its unofficial or unsupported. "for FreeBSD-current" implies that
these ports cannot be used with other versions of FreeBSD.
