IE, the soundcard (and in this case, Mr Pokrovsky's software) supports 16 bit waveforms, as opposed to 8 bit waveforms as used by older sound hardware. "16 voice" or "128 voice", as the case may be, refers to the music synthesizer on your soundcard - which means it can produce sounds from 128 different sythesized or sampled instruments simultaneously.
