The key buffer is allocated on start up, read/sort buffer on p= er=20 connection base. So if you want it to use more memory, put more in the key= =20 buffer and make sure to leave 1.6G for your max connections. =2D-=20 Mel Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules and never get to the software part.
