I have tried to install freebsd (2.2.2 i believe it was). Install had a few hitches, mostly things i didn't think about at first but it did install. The one problem I had that I could not resolve by myself or with anyone else's help was this: when I dialed up to my isp it asked for my username and pass, which I typed correctly, but then the connection would time out because of lack of authentication of some sort. This is the only reason I am not using freebsd, if I could solve this problem I would be most happy. Any ideas? Could it be my isp, or did I not set something up right?
