Re-add dropped patch to disable SSE in SlowBcopy.c

Aha, I see now what has happened: in ports r433863 ("Xorg-servers update to
1.18.4 with driver updates and revision bumps"), the patch we added for thi=
s PR
got dropped, probably accidentally.

Here is a rebased patch.  I have verified that SlowBcopy.c is now compiled
properly, and the resulting object file does not contain SSE instructions
anymore.
