Subject:   SOCKS_NS my horrible nightmare

I can connect to the net alright.  But I cant surf the web.  Netscape
keep on saying that I need to set SOCKS_NS so that it point to the IP of
my ISP.  So I did, I even call the ISP them self to confirm if I have
the right address.  Then, Netscape stop complaining, instead it
endlessly keep spinning its logo.  I don't know what to do anymore.
