I'm still curious (1) why there are 2 PHYs on 1st controller, and=0A(2) why=
 MAC addresses are the same. But these questions are solely come from=0Acur=
iosity (ifconfig hme1 lladdr other-MAC works properly).=0A=0A=0A=0Acheck to=
 see if :=0A=0Alocal-mac-address? is set to false in obp.  if so, change to=
