it will be very nice to have this work. i am pretty excited about it.

i've wanted to work on it since the very beginning, but i lacked the 
skills and time. I'm able to do this now because i own a laptop with midi 
on it and i have an hour+ bus ride each way back and forth between home 
and work.

but i have to be careful, i dont want to disappear under mysterious 
circumstance. or explode.

working on freebsd midi support seems to have a lot in common with being 
the drummer in 'Spinal Tap'.
