I am working on my thesis and I have to implement some of the typical
enhancements on TCP to increase the performance of this protocol over
wireless link. (Limited byte counting, New Reno algorithm, etc.)
I need to keep track of some variable in particular "cwind" (the
congestion window).

Does anybody know an application which allows me to read such
information?

Thanks, Jacopo.
