Heya, Running a fresh install of 7.0-RELEASE. I've cvsup'd the sources, done the standard updating, e.g. make buildworld make buildkernel make installkernel (reboot) mergemaster -p make installworld mergemaster (reboot) But now ipf gives me ye olde Root Dude ? /sbin/ipf -Fa -f /etc/ipf.rules open device: No such file or directory User/kernel version check failed The ipf version is: Root Dude ? ipf -V ipf: IP Filter: v4.1.28 (512) open device: No such file or directory My supfile is pretty standard, with *default release=cvs tag=RELENG_7 src-all I've had this before when I've spaced out the make installworld. I've never gotten this *after* the sync/build. Have I missed a bit of documentation somewhere? -- Randy (schulra@earlham.edu) 765.983.1283 <*> Love with your heart, think with your head; not the other way around.
