Thanks for the feedback,
I can confirm that there are no network related issues what so ever.
Internet connection is stable, I can ping the host and also access 
mynextcloudhost from the web browser.

What's strange is that nextcloudclient is working as expected on a fresh 
install only and performs the initial sync without any issues (this 
lasts couple of hours because of data capacity). After this initial sync 
is done nextcloudclient stops responding and gives the error message below.
I can repeat the whole scenario from the beginning and I'm ending up in 
the same situation again.

I've found similar issue that was reported some time ago and this was 
related with Qt5 version mismatch however there is no information how 
this issue was resolved.
