  I'm an initiator of Russian Doc Project. If possible, you can point out
to my home page at http://surw.chel.su/~andy/index.html.  It contains also
my effort of "Russian Q&A for FreeBSD" (can I submit it as doc/ru/QA?).
  I know minimum two guys that wanna start Handbook translation, but I
think we must have at least one committing account for easy incorporating
our work to CVS tree.
