Basically, all you need is linux_devtools and the file "jit.h" from the Sun RC-1 JDK 1.3. For some reason, the "jit.h" file in the release version is empty. Prepend "/compat/linux/usr/bin" to your PATH, then follow the INSTALL instructions. Works like a charm. Unfortunately, however, version 1.1.15 doesn't fix the problem I'm having. In the CVS version of NetBeans, the icons for the toolbars don't load with OpenJIT enabled, but without OpenJIT, everything works fine. Anybody have any ideas? -Michael Robinson To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-java" in the body of the message
