Ok, 

I'm new to FreeBSD (and I love it so far) and I'm having a problem with the
AHA2940 and a heavily loaded server.

So I want to upgrade to 2.2.2 'The Stealth Release' ;)

Being a rather new user of FreeBSB what would be the best (i.e. easy and
safe) to upgrade?  I don't need step-by-step but a broad overview of the
proper way to do this would be nice.
