Well, the pkg_info should display something like windowmaker-0.80.2 GNUStep-compliant NeXTStep window manager clone and the command is /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker wmtop is just an app that docks under Windowmaker. You want to install /usr/ports/x11-wm/windowmaker.
