Hi Gerald, The point isn't that pipelight needs to stay around. You're right, it was broken for a long time and needs to be removed from the tree as well. The point is that a broken INDEX is a bad situation, and when it happens, it needs to be rectified immediately. As soon as you started getting the INDEX failure messages (and especially after Mat notified you of it), the commit should have been backed out the commit or pipelight removed.
