Invalid reference counting for cloned devices in dev_clone handler destroys devfs list of devices, and consequent access to /dev mount point causes read from freed memory and traversal of destroyed list. Please, remove the nvidia driver from the system, and report whether the panics disappear. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=108078
