I have just recently installed FreeBSD v2.2.2 from the Walnut Creek CDROM. I am now trying to install some other software that I have on floppy. Everytime I try to access the floppy drives, I see these error messages: /kernel: isa_dmastart: channel 2 busy /kernel: isa_dmastart: channel 2 busy /kernel: fd0: Operation timeout /kernel: fd0: Operation timeout When the system boots, it correctly identifies my floppy drive. Further, I see the drive light come on and I hear it spin. What have I missed? I checked the FAQ, but didn't see anything listed. I also checked the mail archives.
