With FreeBSD 2.2-BETA_A (I think this was the release just a few days before the real 2.2 release) ocassionaly the keyboard will stop responding and the scroll lock light will be on. Though I can not test it at the moment I think this time it happened when I trying to press the scroll lock key and hit the pause key a couple of times. Perhaps I might have hit both keys. Anyway, I do not seem to be able to get the keyboard to respond after this and have to resort to rebooting the computer. Is there a cure to this problem other thaupgrading and if upgrading is suggested will upgrading correct this problem? Thanks.
