Hello, I have just installed the VMware2 port, and it seems to run W98 well (if "well" is an appropriate term for W98 ;-) ). But now I have two questions: First, I am trying to access the network from the VM. I want to assign addresses from my LAN's IP subnet to vmnet1 and the VM, in order to avoid routing issues using proxy ARP, but that does not work. Is this the expected behaviour, or am I doing something wrong? Second, I would like to know whether there is a way to access a true FAT partition from the VM (for example, da0s1). I read the hints for FreeBSD, but I am confused about the "raw" and "plain" disks. TIA, -- JMA ****** Jose M.
