The final pkg-comment removal commit went through at:

2003/03/06 22:36:20 PST

A patch should probably be applied to bsd.port.mk to kill the use of
pkg-comment, and portlint should flag the existence of pkg-comment as a
fatal error, along with the non-use of COMMENT, but I'll leave that as an
exercise to the interested reader -- I need to get back to libtool :(
