Most of us will automatically delete messages that have it, because they're unreadable to us. > What do I draw from this? Most likely that it's been answered in the manual, the handbook, Greg's Book, or in the mailing list archive. AND it's been probally been answered to death. Instead of giving the standard RTFM, some of us delete the message, we do not have time/inclination to read every single message we get (especially when we get 1000+/day) If a person reads the documentation, and still dosen't understand how to fix the problem, they're far more likely to get help. We're willing to help, but only if one helps themself.
