corrections:
there is *only* www.ca.freebsd.org
there is *only* cvsup.ca.freebsd.org
ftp.ca.freebsd.org (currently a CNAME to ftp.freebsd.org) should stay
listed in case my advocacy here in canada gives some results in the
near future.
Any other refereences to {www|cvsup|ftp}[0-9]*.freebsd.org should be
removed.
