Well, when I try to enter the parameters the controller sets in extended
translation mode -- which are 243/255/63 -- FreeBSD's fdisk utlility
bluntly tells me that these parameters are "wrong." Even though, when the
kernel boots with the -v option, this is exactly what the reported BIOS
geometry is.
