on latest -current, I did change the BPF_MAXBUFSIZE in sys/net/bpf.h to 16 Mb
Actual BPF buffer size is 4Mb:

$ sysctl -a | grep bpf
debug.bpf_bufsize: 4194304
debug.bpf_maxbufsize: 16777216

Now, I run number of bpf-aware processes, and this causes crash
with following kernel message:

panic: kmem_malloc(4194304) too small: 271405056 total allocated
at line 335 in file ../../../vm/vm_kern.c
cpuid=0;
