This prompted me to look again on HEAD, and I'm very happy to report that the vast majority of issues have been dealt with. The only one remaining is a pair of man pages whose names differ only by case (which works out really poorly on a case-insensitive fs): src/share/man/man9/vfs_mount.9 src/share/man/man9/VFS_MOUNT.9 (of course, new ones could have easily cropped up in the meantime).
