I am already discussing plans with another programmer for him to start maintaining it (as he already has done work towards making it work with gaim 2.0). As soon as it is finalized and he has a site to host the sources on, this should be working again. The original author has expressed his approval of another interested party taking over the work on this project. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: diff -ruN /usr/ports/net-im/gaim-bangexec/Makefile gaim-bangexec/Makefile --- /usr/ports/net-im/gaim-bangexec/Makefile Tue Nov 15 01:50:38 2005 +++ gaim-bangexec/Makefile Mon Jan 2 20:55:00 2006 @@ -24,6 +24,9 @@ USE_AUTOTOOLS= libtool:15 USE_REINPLACE= yes +DEPRECATED= "mastersite disappeared, no longer maintained by author" +BROKEN= "The author has taken down his site and has ceased developing this program" + PLIST_FILES= lib/gaim/bangexec.so post-patch: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
