No one has claimed this  has been fixed.  Byt keeping track of which ports need
to be installed from ports, and which from packages, must be done by the person
administrating the system.

I would also like to ask a question, how would you go about this?  We can't put
the code in the base system for a number of reasons, licensing being one, and
different pace of updating being another, so it has to live in ports.
