I've been looking for an excuse to try it out anyway. But I'm confused over the state of the world for a Palm/Evo 1.2.x user under Gnome 2.2. Is either of gnomepilot2 or gnomepilot-conduits2 appropriate or should I just be sticking with gnomepilot and gnomepilot-conduits on my more stable boxes? > You can always hunt down through the gnome@ archives > for the instructions I posted on getting the Evo 1.3.x development > ports. They will work with gnomepilot2. I'm starting to hate the mailing list search page. I couldn't find your instructions. Maybe I just don't know how to get the query right. Would these instructions allow Evo 1.3.x to run with Gnome 2.2 or would they require the whole MarcusCom Gnome 2.3 thang? Bob
