I didn't notice that you had sent it to me directly. I didn't have any
other ideas. That is one of the reasons you are always supposed to
copy the list. I am copying this back to the list.

It looks like a permissions problem but I don't have an idea what
kind. Usually this means that you are doing this as a user and not as
root. Other than that I don't have any idea what the problem could be.
I am having no problems building kernels on my systems.
