Oops, I had one more check wrong.  Ok, I have committed a fix (rev 1.21) 
that should correct both problems.  Please cvsup and test and send me 
the output one more time so I can be sure it's ok.

If anyone wants to donate a Pentium-M or AMD powernow-capable laptop to 
me, I'll be able to test such things in the future.  :)
