Here's one data point with FreeBSD 3.4+PAO, same machine: card0: assign aic0 iobase 0x340 irq 3 aic0: aic6360, dma, disconnection, parity check (da0:aic0:0:0:0): ccb 0xc07c3800 - timed out, phase 0x0, state 0 da0 at aic0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0 da0: <iomega jaz 2GB E.15> Removable Direct Access SCSI-2 device da0: 5.000MB/s transfers (5.000MHz, offset 8) da0: 1911MB (3915600 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 1911C) So the driver does gripe, but it survives, and that's what I need.
