You can use multiple recipients in /etc/aliases, coma seperated, such as: 

user:	user@abc.com,user@def.com


You could also use a mailing-list file in .forward, such as:

"/home/user/.forward-list"

with ~/.forward-list containing the addresses to deliver to.
