The inspiration comes from Apple having implemented the same: https://github.com/apple/darwin-xnu/blob/master/bsd/net/pf.c#L126 What would be required to make dummynet work with PF? Currently, dummynet depends on IPFW, so I guess decoupling is one of the tasks?
