First off, this question belongs on freebsd-questions, please follow up there if need be. Second, this is something you would have to in ircd, if your ircd has that feature. There is no way that I know of (and I'm 90% sure I'm right on this) to have freebsd differentiate between a port directed to one IP from a port being connected to via a different IP on the same machine.
