Huh?  Please elaborate.  I don't see any use of %SUBDIR% in
lang/gcc28/Makefile.  From everything I've seen, one only needs
to set MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR and ports/Mk/*.mk is suppose to take
care of the rest.
