phplist should be upgraded to 2.10.10

setting this as low priority/ since I can't give you clean patches.
Makefile and distfiles are easy., but: pkglist is different, and patches wont' apply cleanly.

This release is aimed at hardening the security in phpList. Several changes have been made to eliminate potential attack vectors.

including potential SQL injection fixes:
http://mantis.phplist.com/view.php?id=15244

I started on some patches, and thought I knew what I was doing (im the ports maintainer for mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin.. )

but there are lots of conflicts, some patches applied, and their web site, patch 121 took out patches for 76 and 115 in send_core.php

I have it running, and can send you diffs, but putting them into ../files didn't seem to work.
I had to apply them by hand.
