The Handbook still covers 4.X even if the website version says
"5.0-RELEASE", references to MAKEDEV are necessary, but the text has
been updated with infos about DEVFS for 5.X systems.

It's not the case of the FAQ, but this one does not cover, for the
moment, 5.X.
