My question about log files is ... how do you get rid of them.. I want to delete some of the stuff on the logs but I don't know the correct way to do this. I know that there is a unix command to create a file that has nothing on it.. maybe that is the answer. And what would happen if I just delete the file. Will a new one be created? Or will FreeBSD complain that it can't find the original file all the time? Thanks in advance ________________________________________________________________________ Langa F.
