Actually, Jack is a perfect fit for subpackaging, because enabling it only
produces an additional .so module and the amount of BUILD_DEPENDS it pulls =
in
is quite small.

If you're interested to do the work, remove the JACK option, introduce the =
jack
subpackage and move JACK_LIB_DEPENDS to LIB_DEPENDS.jack.
